Business automation connected to your ERP

Automate business processes in Peru with Odoo, integrations and practical workflows that reduce manual work and improve operational control.

Process first, robot second

Automating a broken process does not fix it: it speeds it up and makes it harder to audit. The order is always the same.

01

Map

What happens today, who does it, how long it takes and where information is lost.

02

Fix

Remove redundant steps and define the source of truth. Half the work often disappears here.

03

Automate

Connect systems with explicit rules and validations, not with orphan scripts.

04

Control

Alerts, execution logs and a named owner who reviews exceptions.

What we automate most often

Purchase documentsReceived by email, data extracted, validated and posted to Odoo.
BanksStatement import, reconciliation rules and difference alerts.
CollectionsReminders by ageing, with status visible in the ERP.
EcommerceOrders, stock and prices synchronised both ways.
ReportingScheduled delivery of indicators to the people who need them.
ApprovalsFlows with amount thresholds and a record of who approved what.
OnboardingUsers, permissions and access kept consistent across systems.
Own APIsSystems the company already uses and must keep using.

How we build it

We use n8n as the orchestrator when a flow crosses several systems, and Odoo's native automation when the process lives inside the ERP. The choice is not ideological: it depends on who will maintain the flow a year from now.

  • Every automation has a functional owner, not just a technical one.
  • Everything executed is logged and reversible.
  • Exceptions are surfaced, not buried in a log.
  • Flows are documented so the company is not locked to the vendor.

From an email to a journal entry

01
SourceEmail, supplier portal, shared folder or API.
02
ExtractionDocument reading: issuer, series, dates, amounts and taxes.
03
Business rulesMatching against the purchase order, the supplier master and the operation type.
04
Human validationExceptions and amounts above the agreed threshold go through a person.
05
Posting in OdooDocument created with its journal, tax and cost centre.
06
AccountingThe entry is ready for the close, with no manual re-entry.

Conceptual representation. The scope of each step depends on the configuration and the source systems.

FAQ

Automation: common questions

Do we need Odoo to automate?

No, but it helps: without a single system of record, automation only moves data between islands. In those cases we start with the flows that consume the most time and order the rest afterwards.

Which processes should be automated first?

Repetitive ones with clear rules and high volume: supplier invoice intake, bank reconciliation and collection reminders. Processes full of exceptions come last, or only in part.

Does automation replace staff?

In practice it redistributes work: less manual entry, more time for review and analysis. Selling headcount reduction as the main benefit usually ends in unmet expectations.

What happens when a flow fails?

The owner is notified, the operation can continue manually, and there is a record of what ran. A flow without a failure plan is not finished.

An assessment identifies where manual work sits and what can be automated with control.
