What we collect

Through the assessment form and our contact channels we may receive: full name, company, role where provided, email, phone or WhatsApp number, number of users and employees, industry, current system, project objective, comments, contact preference, source page, campaign parameters and submission date. We do not request sensitive data or data relating to minors.

Purpose

We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare and schedule an assessment, draft service proposals, follow up on the project discussed, meet contractual and tax obligations, and protect the website.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give when accepting the form checkbox and, where applicable, on the performance of the commercial relationship and compliance with legal obligations, under Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulation.

Retention

We keep the information while an enquiry or commercial relationship is active and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax and legal obligations require. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Processors and international transfers

We rely on technology providers acting as processors: web hosting, corporate email, form automation, bot protection and website analytics. Some of them may process data on servers outside Peru, in which case we require contractual confidentiality and security safeguards. We do not sell or share your data for third-party advertising.

Security

HTTPS encryption in transit, role-based access control, bot verification on the form and periodic permission reviews.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of information, access, update, inclusion, rectification, deletion, objection and objective treatment by writing to contactenos@techjungle.pe from the address you contacted us with, or to our registered office. We reply within the periods set by applicable law. You may also address the Peruvian National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
