A claim concerns the services contracted. A complaint concerns anything else, including the attention received.
File your case in Spanish through the Libro de Reclamaciones form, or email contactenos@techjungle.pe stating whether it is a claim or a complaint and including your name, identity document, address, phone, the service concerned, the details and what you are requesting. You will receive confirmation with a case number and a reply within the period set by applicable regulation. Filing a claim does not prevent you from using other dispute resolution channels or contacting INDECOPI.
