Odoo pricing in Peru: licenses and implementation costs

Understand the separate cost drivers behind Odoo licensing, implementation, migration, support and integrations in Peru.

An Odoo budget has three separate contracts

Licence, hosting and services are bought separately, from different parties, on different cycles. Mixing them is the most common reason a budget collapses mid-project.

Licence

Paid to Odoo, per user and per application. Official list prices change by edition, version and country, so always check the current figures at the source.

Hosting

Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server. This choice determines who updates, who backs up and how much custom code the environment allows.

Implementation

Discovery, functional design, configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live. This is the service Tech Jungle provides.

Data migration

Masters, accounting balances, valued inventory and history. Cost depends on the real condition of the source data, not on volume.

Integrations and development

SUNAT electronic invoicing, banks, ecommerce and in-house APIs. Quoted case by case.

Support and evolution

Functional and accounting support after go-live, later phases and version upgrades.

For a company operating in Peru with statutory accounting obligations, the useful question is not which edition is cheaper, but which applications you need live within twelve months and who owns maintenance.

What actually moves the price

  • Legal entities and warehouses: each one multiplies accounting and inventory configuration.
  • Active modules: accounting, manufacturing and projects require far more decisions than sales and purchasing.
  • Data condition: duplicated masters or unvalued inventory is the most underestimated line item.
  • Integrations: electronic invoicing, banks, ecommerce, legacy systems.
  • Custom development: whatever the standard does not cover and the process cannot change.
  • Deadline: compressing the calendar costs money and increases risk.
Frequently forgotten costs

Internal team hours for validation and reconciliation, third-party licences, electronic invoicing service fees, a testing environment, and support through the first monthly close.

Three scopes with reference pricing

Pricing for Tech Jungle implementation services. The Odoo licence and hosting are contracted separately, directly with Odoo, and are not included in these figures.

USD figures use a reference rate of PEN 3.75; contracts are signed in Peruvian soles. Each figure is a starting point: final scope comes out of discovery, and the same number of users can cost very differently depending on data quality, integrations and timeline.

FAQ

Odoo pricing in Peru: common questions

How much does Odoo cost per month?

The licence is charged per user and per active application, at official prices that vary by edition, country and version, so they should be checked at the source. Hosting is additional, and implementation and support are contracted separately from the licence.

Is Community really free?

There is no licence fee, but there is a cost of ownership: hosting, upgrades, backups, security and the features you would have to build because they are not included. For a company with statutory accounting, that usually exceeds the licence difference.

Can implementation be phased to spread the cost?

Yes, and it is the norm. The usual sequence starts with the sales, purchasing and accounting cycle and leaves manufacturing, projects or advanced integrations for a second phase.

Is electronic invoicing included?

Issuing compliant documents in Peru requires defining series, document types and the service that transmits them to SUNAT. Part is localization configuration and part is integration with a provider; it is quoted explicitly and never assumed.

Do you publish fixed prices?

We publish how the cost is built and what drives it. A fixed figure without scope would be misleading: the same user count can cost very differently depending on data, integrations and deadline.
