Does this replace our accountant?
No. AI proposes and a person decides. In accounting the value is in reducing typing and search time, not in delegating judgement.
Does our data leave the company?
It depends on the architecture chosen. We define explicitly what may be processed by external services and what stays inside, and that forms part of project scope.
How accurate is document extraction?
It varies with document quality and provider, which is why it is measured on real company documents before going to production, always with human validation in place.
Should we start with AI or with process work?
With process work. AI applied to disordered information produces disordered results faster.
