What makes the Peruvian market different
Two requirements filter candidates before any functional comparison: electronic invoicing with SUNAT and accounting under the PCGE chart of accounts, including detracciones (the SPOT withholding system), withholdings and perception regimes. An international ERP without a working Peruvian localization forces integration with a local provider or custom development, which changes the budget.
Odoo
